HID Fargo Cleaning Kit

An essential maintenance kit specially designed to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of Fargo DTC (Direct-to-Card) series card printers.

Regular use of this kit effectively removes dust, debris, and carbon residue that could compromise print quality or cause permanent damage to sensitive components like the printhead.

Note: Not recommended for High Definition Printing (HDP) technology printers, such as the HDP5000, which require their own specialized cleaning kits.

A comprehensive cleaning kit specially designed for the regular maintenance of heavy-duty Fargo card printers. This kit offers a wider cleaning coverage compared to standard kits, as it includes components for the external cleaning module.

Unlike standard kits that only contain cards and swabs, part number 89200 includes refill tapes. Fargo printers feature an orange rubber roller that acts as a card dust cleaner. Over time, this roller accumulates dirt. The cleaning tape in this kit ensures that the roller stays clean, preventing any debris from transferring onto the cards before they are printed.
